Who we are

Ikoncierge Limited provides VIP lifestyle management and personal concierge services. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at admin@ikoncierge.co.uk.

Businesses we invite to become suppliers

We look for businesses that could serve our members, using information they publish themselves: their name, website, services, location and the business email address on their website. We record where and when we found it.

We use it to decide whether to invite the business to join our supplier network, and to send that invitation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in building a trusted supplier network. We only email companies, at business addresses they publish, and every email lets you opt out.

If you opt out we keep only your web address and email on a do-not-contact list, so we never contact you again. Businesses we decide not to invite, or that do not reply, are deleted after 12 months.

Suppliers who join

When a supplier registers, we hold its business details, contacts, and the identity documents and declarations needed for our anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks. Identity documents are encrypted and seen only by our head office and compliance team. We keep these records for as long as we work together and for the period anti-money-laundering law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our use of it, by emailing admin@ikoncierge.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
